Kindly note that this is just for GRID to collect your information needed to submit the group visa application. You will receive a PDF form of your visa application form, which you would need to sign and send with your physical passport and colour passport-size photo and other relevant supporting documents. You will receive an email sometime next week with instructions on where to send the required documents.
