BOARD MEMBER, GRID CANADA
A two-month visit to northern Ghana with NEA inspired Lynnita Weber to work in the field of international relief and development. After completing an MSc in Adult Education | International Development, Lynnita worked with various international nonprofit organizations with programs in Sudan, Angola, Namibia, Zambia, South Africa and Ghana. From 2009-2019, Lynnita worked as Program Manager | Senior Advisor with GRID, supporting GRID-NEA development projects that received funding from the Canadian government.
Lynnita is currently Executive Pastor at St. Paul’s Leaskdale Church and is completing a PhD in Organizational Leadership. She lives in Cannington with her husband Brad and two teenage children.
Lynnita joined the GRID Board in 2023.
